Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central), including enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and troubleshooting.
- Provide IT solutions for business operations; design, develop, and maintain applications.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using database tools to improve efficiency.
- Oversee hardware/software installation, upgrades, and deployments locally and overseas.
- Administer and monitor databases to ensure performance and security.
- Lead and guide IT staff; provide technical leadership and training.
- Manage IT sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Design and maintain the company’s public website.
- Customize and enhance ERP reports using Crystal Reports and Microsoft tools.
- Prepare IT reports for management, highlighting issues, progress, and cost savings.
- Develop and manage annual IT budgets and liaise with auditors on compliance.
- Review and update SOPs, licenses, and maintenance fees regularly.
- Keep users updated on IT trends and security issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 4–6 years’ experience in programming, software design, and implementation.
- Experience as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, DBA, ERP Analyst, or Security Analyst.
- Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central, or MS NAV.
- Managed at least 1 full ERP SDLC implementation project.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, Windows servers, firewalls, and security systems.
- Skilled in MS SQL, Crystal Reports, SQL programming, Visual Basic, and stored procedures.
- Experience in web and domain management.
