Trainee (6 Months Program)
1. Using VEZ Last Mile system, consolidate and assign
2. Be a super-user of VEZ Last Mile system.
3. Encourage customers to use VEZ Last Mile features to manage deliveries.
4. Delivery goods to key account and manage all escalations.
5. Maintain vehicle in good condition and ready for next day deliveries.
6. Comply to all traffic rules and rules establised by different premise holders.
Officer :
7. Assist to implment most cost effective delivery strategy, plans and work instructions.
8. Plan, organize and execute to meet all delivery SLAs and KPIs.
9. Form and manage transport contractors and monitor productivity.
10. Help in the cost control audits.
11. Collate and manage time sheet of all drivers and ensure vehicle .
12. Fast track promotion for candidates with leadership/supervisory traits.
