Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all correspondence with customers and vendors.
- Oversee customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Track and monitor inventory; generate purchase orders and vendor credit notes.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Handle online store operations, including orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Utilize IT systems effectively to support business operations.
- Assist in organizing requirements for medical conferences and seminars.
- Coordinate overseas travel arrangements for the CEO and medical events.
- Support the printing and preparation of marketing and event collaterals.
- Manage bottling and packaging services.
- Oversee transportation and coordinate with the warehouse for storage of office items.
- Conduct product demonstrations for beauty devices.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least relevant qualifications or certifications from the Professional Institution.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent written and spoken English and
- Possess good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT software.

Other Information
- 5 working days per week
- working schedule: 9.00 am to 06.00 pm.
- Salary: S$2,300/- – S$2,700/- per month
