Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the movement and arrangement of supplies, equipment, and furniture within the centre.
- Support staff in setting up rooms, common areas, and facilities as needed.
- Run errands within and outside the centre (e.g., delivery of documents, purchase of small items, restocking pantry supplies).
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries.
- Provide ad hoc support to the guest relations team in daily routines and centre upkeep.
- Report any maintenance or facility-related issues to the Operations Manager for follow-up.
- Perform other odd jobs and tasks assigned to support the smooth running of the centre.
Requirements
- Minimum nitec education.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting, moving items).
- Possess a pleasant, approachable, and service-oriented personality .
- Able to interact politely and respectfully with staff, mothers, and families
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks, including routine and ad hoc duties.
- Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
