Job Description:
- Assist GM in planning, coordinating and managing staff and service
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are delivered
- Responsible for managing a team of hosts, service attendants, and bar staff, oversee VIP room bookings, floor operations and guest relations
- Responsible for formulating and implementing operating procedures and strategies
- Train and develop staff through mentoring, trainings and guidance
- Work with management team to achieve long and short term goals of company
- Work with team on the ground to achieve key deliverables and outlet targets
- Review reservations and conduct inspections to ensure presentation, hygiene and service standards are met
- Work on client events and requests as needed
- Manage and monitor outlet P&L performance and cost control measures as needed
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and monitor inventory with bi-weekly stock takes
- Work on roster planning
- Assist in curating cocktail and beverage menus
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial role in hospitality, nightlife or F&B setups
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/Business/F&B
- Strong understanding of service operations
- Able to handle P&L reporting and cost controls
- Experienced in handling VIP clientele
- Creative, hands-on and professional approach in customer service delivery
- Flexible and possess decision making capabiliity
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills with strong leadership skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights due to nightlife setup
