We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and organized person to join our music school team! You’ll be the friendly face at our front desk, helping with scheduling, payments, and day-to-day admin so everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage scheduling of lessons, teacher calendars, and room bookings
- Handle student registrations, payments, and attendance records
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, updating records)
- Assist with event coordination (recitals, workshops, open houses)
- Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with basic computer applications
- Prior admin, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
