Job Responsibilities:
HR & Administrative Support
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, and employee relations
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR records
- Coordinate departmental meetings, training, and performance evaluations
- Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow
Executive Support
- Manage executive schedules, travel, and meetings
- Handle daily tasks, paperwork, and documentation
- Liaise with external partners and vendors, maintaining strong relationships
- Provide detail-oriented and efficient support to the management team

Requirements:
- Proven HR experience with knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee relations
- Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills to work with all staff levels and external partners
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and execution ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR/admin systems
- Data analysis skills to identify issues and propose improvements
- Strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to support company culture building and employee engagement
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
