We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Generative AI Presales Consultant to join our growing APAC team. You will be a trusted advisor to our sales and customer success teams, providing deep expertise in GenAI technologies to help prospects understand the value, feasibility, and impact of our solutions.
In this role, you will play a critical part in solution discovery, technical validation, solution demonstrate, technical enablement, POC and MVP delivery, acting as the bridge between business needs and GenAI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and prospects to understand business challenges and design GenAI-powered solutions that address their needs.
- Deliver high-impact technical demos, workshops, and POCs tailored to customer use cases (e.g., GenAI chatbot, RAG, embedding, GenAI voice, AI agents).
- Translate customer goals into GenAI architecture proposals using tools like OpenAI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, LangFlow, LangChain, or Google AI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive deals forward and ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance on model selection, integration, fine-tuning, performance, and cost optimization.
- Stay up to date on the latest in GenAI, including trends, tools, and ecosystem developments to maintain technical leadership.
- Create and maintain technical collateral, playbooks, and reusable assets to scale presales efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or AI consulting role.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and multimodal models.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google AI, and technologies like AI Agents, Agentic AI, MCP.
- Experience with Python, APIs, and cloud-native architectures for AI deployment (e.g., RESTful integration, containerization).
- Ability to explain complex AI topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles or enterprise POCs in B2B, Cloud, on-premise or SaaS environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies, LangChain, Vector DBs, ollama, GenAI LLM experience.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, public sector) and understanding of AI governance and security considerations.
- Certifications in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) or AI/ML platforms.
- Prior startup, software or scale-up experience is a plus.
