- Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline.

- Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
- Liaise with main contractor regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of general quality control.

- Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
