Our client is a leading A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure and building projects in Singapore. Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery, they are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in construction management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field .
- Proven track record managing large-scale building projects in Singapore.
