We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team, with specific expertise in SPPG projects and underground services utilities .
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with SPPG project items and requirements.
- Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD .
- Manage submissions and applications for underground services utilities (NCE approval) .
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
- Liaise with clients to verify claim items.
- Prepare and process project claims.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SPPG-related projects .
- Strong knowledge of SPPG project items and specifications.
- Proficient in AutoCAD .
- Familiar with underground services utilities application process and NCE approval .
- Based in or willing to work in the West area .
