Quantity Surveyor (M&E) – Engineering Projects
- Location: Woodlands Industrial Park, Singapore (Work Islandwide)
- Employment: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500/month (depending on experience)
- Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:45 PM
- Industry: Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Projects
- Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001
Role Overview:
Manage project costs, tendering, contract administration, and value engineering for high-tech factory, commercial, and data-centre projects, ensuring delivery within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for MEP works
- Develop/manage project budgets and monitor cost variations
- Assist in tender preparation, evaluate bids, and administer contracts
- Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
- Generate cost reports and provide analysis
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations and MEP standards
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial, commercial, or data-centre projects
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical works
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
