Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage inventory and order front office supplies
- Coordinate courier services when required Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level / SPM / Nitec and above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
