- Answer incoming calls and scheduling customer appointments
- Administrative duties such as data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Familiarity with TCM & Spa treatments and concepts is a bonus
- Experience working in a Salon/Spa setting is a bonus
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and PH preferred
- Must be able to communicate and liase effectively with both English and Chinese speaking customers
- Basic salary $2200 - $3000 based on experience
- Additional monthly performance bonus and annual bonus
