A leading player in the high-tech supply chain and electronic solutions sector is seeking a seasoned Regional Client Development Lead to oversee key customer relationships across Asia Pacific. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and executing strategic sales initiatives across a defined portfolio of regional manufacturing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets across assigned accounts
- Build and deepen client relationships to maximise business potential
- Coordinate closely with regional and global account teams to align strategies
- Participate in quotation exercises, contract negotiations, and value-added service deployment
- Identify growth opportunities, including new product registration and supplier partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support client-specific manufacturing needs
- Provide escalation support and ensure effective communication across teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- Ideally 4 + years of B2B sales experience in sectors such as electronics distribution or manufacturing services
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Track record in managing complex accounts and cross-functional coordination
- Results-driven, structured, and able to multitask under pressure
