Job Description:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
Tracking of all financial transactions, including expenses and revenue, for offshore entities such as Cayman Islands, British Virgin Island, Hong Kong and other Southeast Asia countries we are expanding into. This includes maintaining accurate ledgers and comprehensive financial records in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Payment & Collection
Manage and process invoices and payment. Monitor and maintain accurate cash flow tracking to support the financial health of the entities.
- Regulatory Compliance
Ensure that the offshore entities remain compliant with relevant regulatory requirements, by keeping up-to-date with the latest laws and implementing necessary measures. Handle the preparation and submission of statutory documents such as annual returns, financial statements, and tax filings, in compliance with the requirements of local authorities
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work meticulously with numbers, documents, and deadlines, ensuring accuracy in every task.
- Good understanding of tax and audit processes.
- Proficiency with accounting softwares.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are advantageous but not mandatory.
