We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Interior Designer to join our team on a commission-based structure. You’ll be responsible for transforming spaces through creative design solutions while managing client relationships and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans
- Prepare quotations and proposals based on client requirements
- Source materials, furniture, and finishes aligned with the design vision
- Create 2D drawings and 3D renderings using design software
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct site visits and oversee installations
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up for referrals
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Creative flair and attention to detail
