Responsibilities :
1. Supervise site works, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
2. Assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in managing site activities, maintaining quality control, and enforcing workplace safety.
3. Monitor project progress, inspect works, and maintain records, including material usage, vessel movements, and equipment logs.
4. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and authorities, ensuring proper execution of work plans and regulatory compliance.
5. Review technical submissions, method statements, risk assessments, and variation orders, providing verification and recommendations.
6. Conduct safety audits, ensure defect rectifications, and oversee final handovers.
7. Operate drones and remote-operated vehicles for site documentation (training provided).
8. Assist with administrative duties, including report preparation, document control, and progress tracking.

Requirements:
1. Diploma in Civil / Environmental Engineering recognized by IES/ACES and from reputable Polytechnic / University.
2. Accredited RTO by IES/ACES, with at least 3 years’ site supervisory experience, including 2 years in land reclamation, marine construction, or coastal development.
3. Strong English communication and report-writing skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and IT tools for documentation.
5. Knowledge of marine operations, dredgers, barges, and MPA regulations.
6. Must pass internal security clearance by the Employer and Singapore Government.
