Our client, an established and growing hospitality group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at one of their flagship dining venues. Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and service consistency
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across all departments
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
Guest Experience
- Ensure all guests receive high-quality, personalized service
- Monitor dining experience touchpoints (ambience, music, staff interaction)
- Handle feedback professionally and resolve concerns swiftly
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house staff
- Schedule and manage rosters based on business needs
- Foster a positive and motivated work culture
Event & Reservation Management
- Oversee large group bookings and private events
- Coordinate logistics for smooth execution and guest satisfaction
Vendor & Inventory Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers
- Control stock levels, monitor deliveries, and ensure cost-efficiency
Menu & Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Support the team in upselling and enhancing the guest experience
Reporting & Financial Oversight
- Monitor sales, labor costs, and operational KPIs
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and assist with budgeting
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or similar F&B leadership roles
- Proven ability to manage teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Hands-on approach with a strong eye for detail
- Customer-focused with a warm and engaging personality
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus
