What You’ll Do
- Run daily operations — support the team to ensure everything flows, helping us hit business goals.
- Track the numbers — assist the Manager with inventory, staff scheduling, and daily sales.
- Focus on guest experience — ensure service is warm, professional, and memorable.
- Build relationships — with regular guests and within the team.
- Manage openings and closings — handle restaurant set-up and pack-down responsibly.
What We’re Looking For
- Coffee or Cocktails — either you can handle a coffee machine—calibrate, pull shots, and pour latte art—or you know your way around wines and cocktails.
- Strong communication — clear, direct, and empathetic.
- Leadership under pressure — keep cool in fast-paced situations.
- Food hygiene and safety knowledge — understanding the essentials of cleanliness and food safety.
- Team player — willing to share knowledge and guide others.
- Reliable and disciplined — show up on time and stay focused.
- Flexible schedule — ready to work weekends and public holidays.
