This position reports to the director. The Sales Development Manager will take responsibility for the sales activities, for identifying and developing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.He/she also will analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to improve effectiveness, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, also monitor competitor activity and market conditions to stay ahead of trends
Individual to be involved in:
1. Responsible for overseeing sales activities
2. Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
3. To create sales and marketing plans to attract potential customers to the company's products
4.Ensure good customer experience and service standard
5. Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
6. Other duties as assigned by director.
