Job Title: Sales Executive (B2C)
Your Role:
Are you a go-getter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales? In this role, you’ll be the face of the company—handling walk-in customers, making outbound calls, and building lasting relationships with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Attend to walk-in customers and provide clear, helpful information tailored to their needs.
- Build Relationships: Maintain a good rapport with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Sales Focus: Hit personal and team sales targets while delivering excellent service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and a great customer journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum local diploma in any discipline (fresh grads are welcome!).
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to different types of people.
- Driven and sales-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Eager to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks (e.g. data entry, CRM tools).
- Enjoys working with people—this is not a desk-bound role!
