- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set and meet the sales targets with sales team
- Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for salespeople
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- Develop promotional ideas and material
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Evaluate performance of sales staff
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Formulate sales policies and procedures - Regular meeting with HQ
- Requirements
- Positive working attitude with a high digress of initiative and drive
- Ability to work under pressure to meet the tight customer demand
- At least 15 years of working experience in the related field, specially with OLED and flexible display product, is required for this position
- Able to assist Korean and English-speaking clients
