- Can communicate clearly and effectively to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Experience working in a printing & Advertising company
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Sales Operations : Handle customer inquiries, create accurate quotations, and process orders efficiently.
2. Consult with Customers : Address customer queries promptly and precisely, providing advice and consistent communication across multiple channels.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver a seamless, high-quality service experience.
4. Adaptable and Tech-savvy : Operate state-of-the-art software for efficient processing of orders.
5. No Cold Calling/Customer Hunting : Focus on incoming leads and relationship building without the need to cold call or do outdoor sales.
Working Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM + SAT 9:00am-1:00pm (WFH)
- Nearest MRT : Admiralty/Sembawang
