Job Description:
- Develop and execute monthly and annual sales plans to meet targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives; conduct regular performance reviews.
- Set clear team goals and KPIs; monitor progress and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the team aligned and informed.
- Identify new sales opportunities, customer segments, and market expansions.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalations, and complex sales negotiations.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide input on pricing, product development, and promotional strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings when needed.
- Input sales planner, execute sales visit and update CRM report.
- Ad hoc duty when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in the marine industry and familiarity with pump systems will be a strong advantage.
- Technical understanding.
- Aggressive in sales and clear thinking and mindset on sales planning and how to achieve.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Presenting, persuasion, negotiation.
- Networking, empathy, relationship building, must treat customer as asset.
- Time management, multi-tasking and able to handle fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude and adaptable to changes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
