School TA, Receptionist, and Admin Support

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Reports directly to Operations Manager and/or HOD/Aesthetics and Applied Science

• Oversees daily operations & maintenance of Creative Arts Complex (CAC) including but not limited to Reflections Theatre (RT), CCA rooms, VVIP room.

• Primarily in charge of scheduled repair and maintenance of CAC specialised equipment including sound & lighting system, cherry picker, CAC retractable seats and AV accessories within RTs (including dressing room), CCA room, and VVIP room.

• Provide smooth support to all activities and events (performance and non-performance base) in the Reflections Theatre

• Secondary role in providing checks and feedback as a Facilities Manager including Indoor Sports Hall “The Arena” and “The Cage” (during non-performance blocks)

• To support and coordinate marketing and booking of Reflections Theatre

• To provide AVA and logistics support to school operations whenever the need arises.
  

On non-performance blocks , Operations Executive (OE) is required to provide secondary support to provide at least weekly or bi-weekly (timely) fault reporting for Operations Manager on activation of maintenance works.

Suitable candidates are to be proposed by vendor for consideration Salaries of the proposed candidate and it’s fringe benefits are solely to be bundled as one pay package (under one GeBiz line item) for school’s consideration

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Possessing at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certificate, or an ITE certificate in related areas or a pass Diploma in Building Services, Arts & Theatre Management or other related areas

• Experience, knowledge and skills with PA sound systems and stage lighting/DMX systems preferred

• Willing to learn and able to work with others

• Able to start work with effect from 20th May 2025

• Willing to accommodate non-regular working hours when there are events booking at the CAC (particularly at the Reflections Theatre)

The contractor should provide the track record of the company and proposed candidates from 1 Jan 2022 to the closing of ITQ.
