Description & Requirements

The Senior HR Manager APJ is the key HR business partner for ASEAN leaders, including regional leaders based in Singapore, providing strategic HR support to drive the people agenda and enable business outcomes across the sub-region. It will play a critical role in embedding PBM by coaching leaders and aligning HR initiatives with our guiding principles.

In addition, the role will lead and deliver APJ-wide HR projects, contributing to cross-regional transformation and strategic execution. This dual focus strengthens HR impact in ASEAN while also supporting broader business and people priorities across APJ.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Be the key HR business partner for ASEAN leaders, including regional leaders based in Singapore.
  • Be the HR Business Partner for Infor APJ services team.
  • Coach leaders to build accountability, embed the company’s principles and values (Principles Based Management), and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management in ASEAN.
  • Manage key HR programs on talent development, performance, and engagement in the region.
  • Lead and deliver APJ-wide HR projects, driving regional and cross-regional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and APJ HRBPs to align practices and share best practices.
  • Report on people metrics and HR priorities to regional and APJ leadership.
  • Be a change agent supporting transformation and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to maximize HR impact.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in the ASEAN region, having managed an HR Team.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in multiple ASEAN markets and regional business environments.
  • Deep understanding of organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with an ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Cultural agility and experience working across diverse ASEAN markets and APJ region.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a changing environment, preferably in Tech related company.
