Senior Human Resources Manager,

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources to work in Singapore,Area in the construction . Your team As a Strategic Plant HR Partner, the Senior HR Manager works with business leaders to hire the right people, build business strategies, deploy them to the organization, and build the environment and systems with the plant technicians & manager to support operational excellence. Responsibilities Of The Role • Responsible for HR Services, stewardship and accountability of all HR processes related to site / geography • Lead compensation & benefits annual benchmarking for technicians and performance management process for site • Partner with site/business leaders to lead cultural initiatives and changes for the site, staying highly in-touch with employees & the organization, recognizing, diagnosing, and influencing improvements in culture issues through formal processes, and bringing to life an inclusive culture through Equality & Inclusion initiatives. • Lead large events for the site to drive employee engagement and total employee ownership • Lead end-to-end communications for the site (i.e., site newsletters, site announcements, townhalls.) . • Process owner for crisis management, physical security and work with Facilities Management safety, security & medical partners • Owns Business Continuity Plan for emergencies, evacuations, or site shutdowns • Act as the SPOC for employee relations for the site, to ensure all cases are handled in a consistent manner. Owns External/Government Relations. Job Qualifications • Minimally a Bachelor’s degree with HR specialization or relevant field(s) of studies • >=8 years of experience working in relevant HR field and experience working in onstrcution is a plus • General Knowledge of SG Employment Act & MOM Laws, WICA, IHRP-CP/SP is preferred • Outstanding interpersonal skills – effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels • Collaboration skills – effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence the business • Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities to drive 100% employee ownership, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy • Fast learning agility – able to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment About Us We produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
