Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure the ServiceNow HRSD platform based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and develop workflows, forms, and reports within the ServiceNow HRSD environment.
- Lead and own the solution design for HRSD implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance , including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Deliver training sessions and develop user documentation to maximize platform adoption.
- Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and best practices to drive platform improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure HRSD initiatives align with strategic objectives .
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Information Technology , or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD .
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices .
- Proficient in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Excellent problem-solving , analytical , and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and in cross-functional teams .
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow HRSD certification .
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules ( ITSM , ITOM , ITBM ).
- Familiarity with JavaScript or other scripting languages.
