Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing worker dormitories and company-rented condos, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance (MOM, NEA, SCDF).
- Oversees room allocations, occupancy, and check-in/out processes.
- Maintains tenancy agreements, handles utility setups, and conducts regular property inspections.
- Supervises maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams.
- Coordinates with vendors for repairs and services.
- Acts as main point of contact for landlords, agents, and expatriates.
- Tracks and addresses property issues and incidents.
- Enforces housing rules and addresses resident concerns.
- Handles emergency maintenance and supports ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with regulations related to housing and dormitories
