Responsibilities
- Develop and propose content relevant to employer and clients’ business objectives
- Develop writing styles and tone appropriate for each brand’s customer personas
- Develop coherent editorial strategies across delivery platforms for each client
- Discovery of social media content specifications
- Revise strategies and styles according to audience analytics and comments
- Revise strategies and styles according to market trends
- Planning of editorial calendar for social media accounts
- Quality assurance of work-in-progress content/content revision submissions, and final art submissions Scheduling and publishing of social media content
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media/digital marketing strategy and data analytics.
- Fluent in English, with business-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. Strong spelling and grammar skills are essential.
- Proficient in GSuite tools, with a solid understanding of data analysis and presentation fundamentals.
- Have experience in running a creative campaign, from strategy development to creative execution.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present strategy-led campaign ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Tableau
- Proficiency in Japanese to support projects involving Japanese-language content or clients
