Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international hiring strategy to support evolving business needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to understand requirements, provide market insights, and advise on best practices.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and functions — particularly commercial, product, and technical roles.
- Support senior-level hiring by offering structured assessment insights and risk-benefit analyses.
- Build sustainable pipelines through talent mapping, market research, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Elevate employer brand through curated candidate experiences, social engagement, and external talent events.
- Continuously optimize tools, systems, and workflows to drive efficiency and innovation across the recruiting process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including a strong track record in managing regional or global hiring mandates.
- Proven track record hiring in high-growth tech environments, ideally with exposure to cloud, AI, or platform-based businesses.
- Deep experience in talent mapping, pipeline building, and stakeholder management across borders.
