Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand , covering both technical and functional roles
- Develop talent pipelines specifically for field service engineers , technicians, and other technical roles
- Leverage recruitment resources in China, India, and other talent-exporting markets
- Work with HQ and regional business teams to forecast hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment outcomes
- Build strategic partnerships with regional job platforms, agencies, and technical schools
2. Workforce Planning & Deployment
- Coordinate cross-country manpower deployment plans across Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia
- Support internal mobility, inter-country transfer, and expatriate deployment projects
- Assist in visa/work pass documentation and pre-onboarding arrangements for overseas hires
3. Onboarding & Induction
- Deliver onboarding and integration programs covering company values, service culture, and key operational processes
- Collaborate with technical departments to schedule and monitor post-hire technical training
- Guide new joiners through early-stage compliance and role preparation
4. Talent Development & HR Operations
- Maintain regional talent pool database, especially technical roles in high demand
- Assist in developing training paths and performance tracking for new hires
- Participate in regional HR initiatives, talent engagement programs, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to technical/engineering roles
- Familiarity with service engineering profiles , and understanding of key talent markets such as China, India, Southeast Asia
- Experience in cross-border recruitment or regional HR coordination is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with remote teams and manage multiple projects in parallel
- Knowledge of Singapore/Malaysia/Australia work visa procedures is a plus
