We are looking for Tender Coordinator to supports n managing tender process for public and private sector architectural projects. The role involves from preparing bid documents, coordinating submissions, reviewing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support bidding team in reviewing tender documentation and requirements.
- Coordinate and consolidate inputs from relevant project teams.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with client specifications and internal formatting standards, maintaining consistency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare, compile, and format tender documents for submission.
- Assist the bidding team in liaising with clients and vendors to clarify tender requirements.
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms (e.g., GeBiz, Ariba, Sesami, TenderBoard) will be an advantage.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in any discipline; background in architecture, design, or construction is an advantage.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in project administration, tender coordination, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A team player with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
