Get to know the Role:
- Lead tender team and plan sales strategies to meet company’s vision
- Ensure tender submission within tight deadline
- Manage project budget, weekly management reports
- Design and prepare business proposals and solutions
- Improve cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins
- Plan and execute with tender team to achieve KPIs
- Attend site visit and tender meetings and prepare response to clarifications
- Explore new potential customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers
The Must-haves:
- Diploma / BSc degree holder in Building Science, Engineering or related fields from a recognized university
- Proficient knowledge in building and construction works with detailed knowledge for building processes
- Familiar with tender documentation, procurement processes, and legal requirements.
- Min 5-8 years experience in sales or built environment project work
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good planning and time management skills
- Fast learner and ability to adapt to division evolution
- A dynamic, positive and forward-thinking personality with the ability to work under time pressure
The Nice-to-haves:
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in handling both Government and/or Private Tenders
- Proven track record of winning the tenders and achieving/exceeding revenue targets
