Responsibilities:
- Oversee tendering process for M&E projects
- Analyze drawings, specs, and BOQs
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- 5+ years in M&E tendering
- Strong knowledge of market pricing and project costs
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
