Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Responsible for the preparation of cost proposals including detailed assessments, quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
- Manage the tender submission process via the GeBIZ procurement system for government projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to compile technical and commercial information.
- Monitor industry developments and market conditions to support competitive positioning.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in cost and tender-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in tendering of M&E systems
- Familiar with GeBIZ procurement system
- Ability to lead a team and manage tender submissions accurately and timely
