- Identify training needs and priorities within the company.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs and initiatives.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Create training materials.
- Manage complex sales-cycles and present to C-level executives.
- Generate and manage pipelines.
- Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships.
- Manage deals from lead qualification through to closure.
- Network internally to position training with all account teams.
