Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as a Training Executive
Salary: $4000
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end training administration in alignment with SSG and WSQ requirements.
- Maintain accurate course, claim and trainee data via TP Gateway and other relevant portals.
- Oversee and update Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course updates, delivery and learner tracking.
- Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and communication with learners and trainers.
- Ensure audit readiness and maintain proper training records.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and audit requirements.
- Support the development of course materials and evaluation processes.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Working knowledge of WSQ Framework, SSG portals, and TP Gateway.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, TalentLMS).
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and communication skills.
- Prior experience in training or education industry is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
License/Certification:
- WSQ Graduate Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (Preferred)
