Business Development & Sales Engineer – Lighting Solutions
- Location: Near Ubi MRT, Singapore
- Employment: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: S$3,500 – S$4,500/month + commission, variable bonus & travel reimbursement
- Hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–6:30 PM

Role Overview:
Drive new business, manage client relationships, collaborate with consultants/designers, conduct product demos, and coordinate projects from quotation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and secure projects
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Collaborate with Lighting Consultants, Architects, and Interior Designers
- Prepare marketing/technical presentations and quotations
- Conduct product demos and site surveys
- Manage projects and multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide DLP support and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or Business
- 3+ years’ sales experience in construction, lighting, electrical, or interior design sectors
- Proven business development or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of lighting products; familiarity with CRM/project management tools preferred
