· Line of Reporting: Centre Manager / Property Executive (Building)
· To man the reception and information counter at the Building or Centre Management Office.
· To answer telephone calls and enquiries on the building, its tenants, facilities and other activities.
· To handle tenants' or visitors' complaints.
· To provide information, advise and directions to visitors.
· To perform cashiers' duties for visitors' car park lots.
· To be responsible for the daily car park revenue collection.
· To assist the Administration Assistant of Executive on the general administration works.
· To provide supporting services to the inter department and maintenance team.
· To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Centre or Property Executive.
· To manage card access system and programming of access cards.
Requirements
- Min Qualification & Experience: GCE "0" Level or "N" Level with typing skill/cashier experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in using IT tools for work effectiveness e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skill.
- Have a good working attitude and a team player
