Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Content Assistant to help manage and maintain our company's online presence. This is a junior-level role suitable for individuals with basic knowledge of social media platforms who are eager to grow and learn in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content (images, videos, captions, reels) for our social media platforms (mainly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
- Maintain and update company social media accounts with engaging, on-brand posts.
- Respond to basic inquiries and messages on social platforms in a timely manner.
- Track engagement, insights, and basic performance data of posts (likes, comments, reach, etc.).
- Assist in simple content creation such as taking photos or short videos during site visits, events, or product launches.
- Support the team with ad-hoc marketing tasks (e.g., updating company profile, minor design tasks using Canva, preparing simple write-ups).
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and visual identity across all posts.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to marketing and social media when required.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Familiarity with simple editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduates or those with minimal experience are welcome to apply.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday when required.
