We are seeking energetic and fashion-savvy Retail Promoters to represent our brand in a fashion departmental store.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, enjoy interacting with customers and be motivated to drive sales and create a memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Actively approach and engage walk-in customers.
- Offer product recommendations and styling advice based on customer needs. Build rapport with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
Product Knowledge & Promotion
- Understand and promote key product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.
- Educate customers on new arrivals, best-sellers, and brand story.
- Stay updated on latest fashion trends and brand developments.
Sales Achievement
- Drive sales to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
- Encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Visual Merchandising & Stock Management:
- Ensure merchandise is well displayed according to brand standards.
- Maintain stock levels, perform basic inventory checks, and report shortages.
- Keep the display area clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
Reporting & Feedback:
- Share daily sales feedback and customer insights with the team.
- Assist with data collection and product feedback when required.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in fashion retail or fashion experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Strong interest in fashion and current trends.
- Able to stand for extended periods and work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility.
