Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Localization Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is central to ensuring the quality and cultural relevance of our products and content for diverse APAC audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in localization and project coordination, with the ability to manage workflows, align stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.
Reports to
Head of Localization&QA/Customer Support, APAC
What will you do?
- Oversee the end-to-end task lifecycle for localization projects, from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Develop and maintain scalable localization workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, quality assurance, and engineering teams to integrate localization into the product development lifecycle.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and resolve blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support on game localization or proofreading/quality assurance of Traditional Chinese texts
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience managing localization projects and teams, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of localization tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Job scope involves management of cross-regional team and supporting Traditional Chinese language tasks. Proficiency (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) in English, Traditional Chinese and Mandarin is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Experience in game translation/localization
- Game testing experience, either localization or functionality
- Passion for games especially military genre (playing WG games is an advantage)
- Fundamental knowledge of game or software localization and localization tools
