Through ownership, teamwork and kinship, you ensure the operational effectiveness of your pastry team.
Responsibilities
- Basic pastry skills and simple product knowledge will be an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance
- Take ownership of job allocated and deliver bakery products according to the Company’s quality and cost requirement
- Always ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with packing and logistic matters when necessary
- Ability to visually examine the product for quality and freshness
Requirements
- The basic skill required, work guidance will be provided
- Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
