Singapore Marketing Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Job Description
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns for regional and global esports events, including campaign timelines, channel strategy, and cross-team execution via coordination with local and regional teams.
- Manage the official global esports social media channels to drive fan growth and deepen community relationships.
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies, live activations, and interactive campaigns to maximize fan participation and brand sentiment on global social media channels, mainly TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure platform-specific best practices and maximize reach and impact in priority markets.
- Support PR efforts by working with internal PR teams to draft press releases, media kits, and engage with media outlets to secure positive coverage.
- Collaborate with the partnership team to develop and execute sponsor activations that align with marketing objectives and deliver value for partners and fans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in esports, gaming, or digital marketing roles, preferably with experience working on global campaigns or across multiple regions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by tournament schedules. This role may involve frequent regional travel to various countries for work-related assignments.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing communities in the gaming/esports sector.
- Strong capabilities in campaign planning, content creation, and community management.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Good understanding of the Battle Royale genre and its competitive esports ecosystem.
- Ability to independently execute content creation on social media channels.
- Experience working in global or cross-regional esports tournaments is highly preferred.
