Job Responsibilities :
- Daily Sales and Buys checking and verification
- Preparation of cheque payment (AP) & invoices (AR)
- Preparation of Store Closing Report
- Preparation of monthly accounts closing (GL)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly / audit schedules
- Support general office admin duties such as handle telephone enquiries and ordering office supplies
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in accounting role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Responsible, meticulous with good communication skills
- Good team player with positive working attitude
- Able to start work immediately
