Job Summary
To assist on preparing the management accounts, prepare unaudited financial statements, GST reporting, payroll administration, simple tax computation calculations and other ad hoc activities.
Learn on the job so no experience needed.
Basic accounting knowledge required only.
School leavers or seniors are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare the full sets of accounts.eg keying in invoices, payments, receipts, update bank
statements etc for clients
Prepare GST reporting for clients
Prepare payroll administration(payroll related, payslips, CPF contribution, IR8A)
Prepare tax computations for clients
Other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned
Accounting software used: Xero (Cloud accounting)
On-the job training will be provided.
