Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and compliance
- Maintain accounting records using software such as Xero and Million Accounting Software
- Assist in compiling financial statements and preparing tax schedule
- Liaise with clients for invoice uploads, receipt tracking, and compliance documentation
- Assist in preparing ACRA and IRAS filings under supervision
- Maintain proper records for audit and regulatory purposes
Administrative Support
- Managing client correspondence and document filing
- Coordinating with clients on deadlines and document submissions
- Provide day-to-day office administrative support
Financial Reporting Tasks
- Adjusting margins and formatting of financial statements for clients’ review and approval
- Liaising with clients for review, approval, and finalisation of financial statements
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of UBS/Million Accounting software is an advantage
- Prior experience in accounting firms or corporate service providers is a plus.
