Responsibilities
- Handling full AR module in accounting system,
- Generate invoice & manage timely collection from customer,
- Prepare and maintain weekly invoice listing report,
- Assist in Letter of credit (LC) issuance, Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance & updating Trust Receipt (TR) Schedules,
- Classify expense code and post staff reimbursement claims in the accounting system,
- Support in annual audit preparation and related documentation,
- Prepare progress claims, update delivery order and maintain the project claims tracker.
Requirements,
- Diploma or certificate in accounting,
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred,
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word) : knowledge of accounting systems/ERP will be an advantage,
- Strong attention to details, good organizational and time management skills,
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team,
- Singaporean only.
